Dear Talent!*

Welcome to talent::digital! We would like to explain to you what talent::digital does and what data it processes. You will find the legally required information after this text.

talent::digital helps you to discover and develop your individual digital skills in a playful way and in short episodes. And best of all: it’s free of charge! All you have to do is bring time with you.

The whole thing works like this: In the game, you will be given small tasks again and again. Depending on how you solve these tasks, talent::digital can determine what your strengths are and where you can improve. This information is used to create a profile, which is then compared with a large number of further training opportunities. The best opportunities are then offered to you for selection. With the new knowledge from the training, you are then equipped to master higher levels of the game.

For this to work, you need a talent::digital ID. Under this ID, data about how you perform in the game is stored. This data is only available to you and, if necessary, to a talent::digital support employee if you need help.

If talent::digital is provided to you by your employer, your employer will receive aggregate reports on groups of employees. Your employer can see trends from these reports, but cannot see your individual data. The software has a built-in “brake”, so to speak, which should give you more security and take away your fear of experimenting in talent::digital. Since it is a game, you can never break anything.

In addition to this data, we also collect some anonymised and some technical usage data. The anonymised data helps us to detect errors in our software at an early stage and to better adapt the software to you. The technical data helps us, for example, to protect the service against misuse. There are some spoilsports on the internet, as you will see in the game 🙂

We wish you much success!

Your talent::digital team.

* Talent?? Yes! We believe that everyone has digital talent because the digital world is as diverse as the real one.
